Constance Wannamaker

CEO & Attorney

Constance Wannamaker, attorney and founder of CR Wannamaker Law, has spent more than two decades defending the legal rights of immigrants across the United States. She began her career in public service, supporting migrants and refugees, and later worked in immigration law clinics while studying abroad.

Since earning her law degree in 1999, her dedication and sense of purpose have driven her work advocating for immigrant workers and families. Her commitment continues to shape a client-focused approach focused on protection, guidance, and results in immigration legal matters.

Amna Aziz

Immigration Attorney

With extensive experience in deportation defense and family-based immigration cases, she has represented individuals in complex proceedings before the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), including cases involving detention and expedited removal.

As the daughter of immigrants, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges faced by those navigating the U.S. immigration system. Prior to her current role, she supervised detained and appellate case departments, leading legal strategies in asylum, cancellation of removal, VAWA cases, and immigration bond hearings.

Peter Herberg

Immigration Associate Attorney

He is an attorney with experience in criminal defense, immigration law, family law, and personal injury. He has practiced in both federal and state courts, representing clients facing criminal charges, immigration proceedings, and potential deportation.

He is fluent in English and Spanish, with additional knowledge of Russian, German, and French, allowing him to effectively serve clients from diverse backgrounds. He currently serves as an Associate Attorney at CR Wannamaker Law Office, PLLC, where he provides strategic legal counsel and representation across a wide range of legal matters.

Perla J. Rubio Terrones

Senior Associate Attorney

Focused on humanitarian immigration relief and the representation of vulnerable immigrant communities, she has advocated for immigrants in both affirmative and defensive cases before USCIS and Immigration Courts.

Throughout her career, she has worked directly with immigrant children in detention centers and shelters, as well as with survivors of abuse. She remains deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality legal representation, ensuring her clients feel supported and protected throughout every stage of their case.
